Rhodes Environmental supplies a range of machinery including Disintegrators, Crushers and Hammer Mills, for pulverising and sizing waste, including glass.
The Disintegrators are fitted with two rollers, a large slow rotating roll with a smooth renewable shell and a small fast rotating roll with renewable breaker bars.
For optimum flexibility the Disintegrators feature adjustable gap and bar settings to allow a feed size of between 100-150 mm, and an output setting of as little as 2 mm. High outputs of 60-80 tonnes per hour can be achieved, depending on the type of waste, gap setting and feed system.
