Commenting on the award, Mr Keith Morton, Ibstock Brick Production Director said,

Ibstock’s investment in their Continuous Improvement (CI) initiative has ensured that all levels within the organisation have input into improving its products and processes to the benefit of its customers, shareholders and employees. This is mirrored by Craven Fawcetts’ Customer Service Improvement Campaign, which is integrated into the Company’s ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Accreditations.

After receiving the Preferred Supplier Status award from Ibstock Brick, Craven Fawcett Sales Director Mr Barry Richardson said,
“It is very satisfying to be recognised as providing high quality products and services to our customers. We are working very closely with Ibstock Brick on a number of new product innovations as well as heavily investing in the implementation of a Consignment Stock scheme that will enable Ibstock factories to operate a just-in-time production schedule.”
