Group Rhodes Managing Director Awarded Honour (28 Jul 2011)

Engineering firm Group Rhodes is celebrating a double this month. Not only has the firm acquired another business, but managing director Mark Ridgway has been honoured by the queen.   Mr Ridgway was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for his services to industry. Group Rhodes is pleased to announce the acquisition of Slater and Crabtree Limited (S&C) on 6th June 2011.   The two Companies have enjoyed an intertwined history with S&C focussing its early business on the manufacture of tooling for Rhodes presses.
